About Us

       At J & L Lynn Sporthorses we strive to breed quality, well tempered sporthorses that combine established performance bloodlines to produce exciting prospects for any discipline.  Joe and Lisa Lynn, with their combined horse experience of over 50 years, are more than qualified to produce the horse for your needs.

       Joe's experience ranges from breaking horses for the racetrack to manageing a Hanoverian breeding farm to  a fulltime horseshoer.  These opportunities allowed him to be exposed to top professionals in their field such as Fritz Flotto, a well known Hanoverian breeder, and showing Premium mares at the Devon Show.

       Lisa's experience includes in AS degree in Equine Studies from J & W University in Providence, RI. There she specialized in the teaching portion of the program and did work study in the barn. She had the opportunity to ride in clinics with such legendary professionals as Sally Swift, Denny Emerson, and Nancy Bliss. When she moved to Ligonier, she worked at the Rolling Rock Hunt as head groom and then manager.  For the past 11 years she has managed a private stable in Ligonier that has both Foxhunting horses and Polo horses.

      Our primary breeding stallion, Wille, is registered with the American Hanoverian Society and the American Warmblood Society.
